[greg-i18n] Gregarius French Translation

Hello!

My name is Jonathan Fretin. I'm a french gregarius user since nearly 1 year
now, and have been satisfied by the application. Well not completely. The
only thing that upset me was the french translation. No blame to the
translator though. I think it's you Marco Bonetti. By the way, where are you
from? Do you speak french?

Anyway, I decided I'll give a try at the translation, and since now it's a
.po file, things are easier. At the moment, I corrected some entries on my
local installation. And I found some untranslated strings, and others
tricks.

For the untranslated strings, what can I do? I tell you where there are? Or
I change them in my working copy of the SVN version, and commit them?

An other thing: in french there is a non breakable space before and after
the :, !, ? and ; characters. But for example in line 898 of the file
admin/channels.php, the : character is not included in the translated
string. Is it OK to include it in the string then? If I do that, the other
translations would have to be updated, right?
