[Gregarius-docs] bug report in forums

There is a link to bug reports in the forums (in the footer) and it is
kind of confusing since it says gregarius on the top.

I think this might cause people to submit gregarius bugs over there. Can
it be edited to highlight the fact that it is only for bugs in vanilla
and not for gregarius bugs?
