[Gregarius-docs] forums

I dont know how to create categories on the forums. I added links to the
forums in a few places in the wiki, but yes we should advertise it more. 

I think it would be okay to drop the rating stuff for 0.5.2. I don't
think it is going to be widely used just yet anyway.
