[Gregarius-docs] forums

I actually do not think that it is necessary as of yet, since there are
no actual discussions on the forum yet! Perhaps more publicity would be
more useful - like messages on the old Sourceforge forums and a post on
the development log summing up the new Gregarius resources since 0.5.0
(the wiki & the forums).
