[Gregarius-docs] uploading disabled?

Is there a reason that uploading is disabled on the wiki? I was all set
to upload an image of the OPML import dialog, too...

Also, it would be nice if the sender of each message remained the same,
so we could tell who sent each message easily. That last message about
integrating the Wiki into Gregarius was from me.
