I just moved Gregarius 1756 from a development server running Fedora Linux,
to a production machine running Windows 2K3 Server with an Apache/PHP/MySQL
package (www.wamp.com). Everything worked perfectly before, but now on the
new server, none of my feeds show up.  The feeds are not displayed on the
Administration page - however they are in the database.  I am able to change
configuration options as an Admin, but when I try and add new feeds, it does
not take them - it eventually returns to the navigation bar with a blank
page underneath.  The homepage also displays the navigation with the no
items underneath.

Has anyone ever seen something like this before?  Is there any file that is
particularly permission 'sensitive'?  What is the best method for debugging?
