Hi, I discovered a bunch of new science blogs today, and while adding the feeds to Gregarius, came across something that had bothered me before. Here's the thing: I like to add feeds to various "folders". Helps in keeping the feeds organized. Some others might be using categories. The subscribe bookmarklet adds the feed to the root "/" "folder", and does not provide any means of adding the feed to a specific category and/or folder. Each time after I click the subscribe bookmarklet, I have to click the "Edit" link and then fix what folder the feed goes into. By creating a staging page, much like the one which lets you choose when more than one kind of feed is available, the number of clicks one needs to make can be reduced. It would be better if Gregarius "remembered" the folder/category that the last feed was added to, and offer that as the default selection. I understand that the reason things are the way they are now is because right now, when multiple formats are not available, clicking on the Subscribe bookmarklet instantly subscribes to the feed. But still, there is a page that is shown saying the feed was added. Does adding the "Edit" options to that page really hurt? It currently displays a list of feeds that the user has subscribed to, but is that really neccessary? A short page, with options to change the folder/category of the newly-subscribed feed could speed things up (rendering) and make the workflow for adding new feeds much smoother, and more efficient.
