    [greg-dev] Link prefetching

    Marco,
    Firefox (and other mozilla browsers) prefetch links with rel="next" and
    rel="prefetch".
    http://www.mozilla.org/projects/netlib/Link_Prefetching_FAQ.html
    We already have a few rel="next" links in the head of the pages that
    gregarius sends back when viewing items and channels. We dont have them
    for folders and channels. After your email I am confused about two
    things.

    1. why do we have those link rel=next statements?
    2. why dont we have them for folders and channels?
