Despite not actually having done anything Gregarius-related (besides using it) for the last few days, I have been keeping up with email. I was actually slightly concerned that Gregarius development had stopped/slowed down because of the lack of messages to gregarius-dev. Now that I see the very large amount of discussions taking place on the forums, I feel better. In terms of finding information, it might be difficult to know where to look, especially since the forums has a "Development" category.
