    Yes, this is completely my fault. It will be fixed in the not too distant
    future. We need a separate caching system for javascript and css files
    that the code can invalidate when it needs to.
    
    For now, you just need to press shift and then reload your main page when
    the plugin does not work. The javascript file is cached and the cache is
    not refreshed properly after you enable/disable plugins. A shift-reload
    bypasses the cache and causes the browser to refresh everything...
